My Journey

How did I get here? After running for close to 20 years I decided to try to coach.  I tried being a pacer a few times.  I was ambassador for a few races.  Then in 2022 I got RCCA certified, I started doing some coaching for the Youngstown Road Runners,  I found the process enjoyable, I liked helping others improve on there running.

Trying to Boston Qualify (BQ) can seem like a huge mountain to get over.  But you don't have to do it alone.  If you want to conquer Everest you will need help.  Guides, sherpas a whole crew of people, To tackle the marathon it can take a crew.  Training partners to run with, help keep you motivated.  Friends to keep you on track can be priceless.
